I’m Kirsty, a Certified Transformational Coach and practising medical doctor with over two decades of experience in healthcare. I provide a dedicated, confidential space for busy professionals to pause, think clearly, and make thoughtful changes across all areas of their lives.
My approach is calm, steady, and grounded in real life. Our work focuses on understanding what is happening beneath the surface—exploring your identity, clarifying your priorities, and discovering what it looks like for you to truly thrive.

Senior Associate Teacher in Medical Education: Specialised in teaching communication skills to trainee doctors. I also provide Professional Mentoring for newly qualified GPs.
Based in Bristol, I work with clients online across the UK and internationally.
